Privacy Policy
Effective date: 5 October 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Start Export India handles information in connection with startexportindia.com and enquiries about export training, consulting, and product exports.
1. Who is responsible
The website is operated by Dinesh Aswani, trading as Start Export India. For privacy questions or requests, email startexportindiaa@gmail.com. You may also contact us on WhatsApp at +91 9673481000. Please use email for detailed privacy requests and do not send passwords or identity documents unless a secure verification process is specifically arranged.
2. Information processed when you visit
Our website uses WordPress and is hosted by Hostinger. Hosting, security, and delivery systems may process technical information such as your IP address, browser or device information, pages requested, request times, and error or security events. This information supports delivery of the website, troubleshooting, abuse prevention, and security.
The website uses LiteSpeed Cache to improve loading performance. Cached pages and backups may contain information already present on the website. Public content should not be treated as private.
3. Enquiries you choose to send
If you email or message us, we receive the information you include, such as your name, email address or phone number, business details, product requirements, and message content. We use it to reply, understand your enquiry, discuss requested services or products, and keep relevant correspondence. Please provide only what is needed for your enquiry.
Email and WhatsApp links open external services; they are not website submission forms. Your email provider, Google’s Gmail service, and WhatsApp process communications under their own terms and privacy policies. Sending an enquiry does not by itself subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.
4. Cookies and current website features
WordPress may use cookies for administrator authentication and preferences. Hosting and security systems may use cookies or similar mechanisms to deliver or protect the site. Browser settings can be used to inspect, block, or remove cookies; blocking necessary cookies may affect functionality.
At the effective date of this policy, we have not enabled Google AdSense ads or Google Analytics on this website. Public account registration, public comments, newsletter sign-up, and online checkout are not offered by the published pages. Our contact options are email and WhatsApp. If these features or tracking services change, we will update this policy and the relevant privacy controls before introducing them.
5. Google AdSense and advertising
We intend to apply for Google AdSense. This section explains the data practices that would apply if Google advertising is enabled; it does not mean that ads are currently running.
When enabled, Google and other advertising partners may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, and similar identifiers to deliver, personalize where permitted, measure, and protect advertisements. Advertising cookies may support ads based on a visitor’s activity on this website or other websites. The use of personalized advertising depends on applicable requirements and the visitor’s choices.
Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services and Google’s Privacy Policy. You can review Google advertising preferences through My Ad Center and information about participating advertising companies’ choices at YourAdChoices.
Before advertising requiring consent is served, the appropriate consent controls must be enabled. For relevant advertising to visitors in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, this includes a Google-certified consent management platform integrated with the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework. When such controls are introduced, visitors will be able to review or change their choices through the website’s privacy controls. We do not currently claim to have collected advertising consent.
6. Sharing and service providers
Information needed to run this website and handle correspondence is processed by relevant service providers, including Hostinger for hosting, WordPress-related software for website functions, and the email or messaging services used for enquiries. If advertising is enabled, Google and advertising partners will also process information as described above.
Providers may process information on systems in other countries under their own terms and applicable protections. We may also disclose information where required by law or reasonably necessary to address fraud, security issues, or legal claims. External links lead to independently operated websites whose privacy practices we do not control.
7. How long information is kept
We keep email and WhatsApp enquiries for 12 months after the last meaningful interaction, unless the correspondence becomes part of a transaction or needs to be retained for a legal obligation or dispute. Transaction and legally required records are kept for the applicable required period. At the end of the relevant period, enquiry records are deleted from the records under our control.
Technical logs, caches, and backups follow the retention and rotation arrangements of the hosting or service provider. Removing a record from active systems may not immediately remove it from backup copies. Email or messaging providers, and the people you communicate with, may retain their own copies under their own policies.
8. Security
We use HTTPS for website connections and restrict administrative access. No website, email service, or messaging system can guarantee absolute security. Do not send confidential identity documents, passwords, or sensitive financial information in an ordinary enquiry.
9. Your choices and requests
You can choose not to send an enquiry, manage cookies through your browser, and use any applicable advertising controls when they are available. Depending on the law that applies to you, you may be able to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or an objection to certain uses of your information, or withdraw consent where processing relies on it.
Send requests to startexportindiaa@gmail.com, describing the information or interaction concerned. We may need reasonable information to verify a request before acting, and some records may need to be retained where legally required. Requests relating to information held independently by Google, WhatsApp, or your email provider should also be directed to that provider.
10. Children
This website provides business and export-learning information and is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us, contact our privacy email so we can review and address the matter.
11. Changes and contact
We will update this page when website features, providers, or data practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version. For questions, contact Dinesh Aswani at startexportindiaa@gmail.com.
