Cancellation Policy

This policy covers digital-download orders from Start Export India.

Cancellation duration

Request cancellation immediately after placing an order and before download access is provided, by emailing startexportindiaa@gmail.com with your order number. Access is normally provided immediately after confirmed payment, so there may be no cancellation window after a successful payment.

Once access has been provided, ordinary change-of-mind cancellation is unavailable. Duplicate payments, wrong or corrupt files and unresolved delivery problems are handled under our Return & Refund Policy. Rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

If cancellation is accepted for a paid order before access is provided, the approved refund will be returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval. Bank processing may add time.
