Return & Refund Policy

Start Export India sells digital downloads, including ebooks, editable templates and spreadsheets. There are no physical goods to return.

When to request a refund

Contact startexportindiaa@gmail.com within 7 calendar days of payment if you paid twice for the same order, received the wrong or a corrupt file, or cannot access your purchase and the delivery problem remains unresolved. Include your order number and a description of the issue. Do not send card details, passwords or identity documents.

We may first provide the correct file or restore access. A change of mind after download access has been provided does not ordinarily qualify for a refund. This policy does not limit rights available under applicable law.

Refund mode and duration

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval. The payment provider or bank may take additional time to show the credit. Contact us if you have not received it after that period.
