Shipping & Digital Delivery Policy

Our online store sells digital ebooks, templates and spreadsheets. No physical shipment, courier delivery or shipping fee applies to these products.

Delivery duration

Download links are made available on the order confirmation page immediately after payment is confirmed. An order email containing download links is also sent to the email address entered at checkout. Customers who create an account can access eligible downloads from My Account.

Pending or failed payments do not unlock downloads. Payment confirmation or email delivery can be delayed. Check your spam folder and the order confirmation page. If access is still unavailable within 24 hours of confirmed payment, email startexportindiaa@gmail.com with your order number so we can investigate.

File formats and access

Check the product description for the supplied file formats and compatible software before buying. ZIP files must be extracted; PDF files need a PDF reader; XLSX workbooks need compatible spreadsheet software. Each listing describes the files included. Downloads are for the purchaser’s permitted business use and may not be resold or redistributed.

This policy applies to digital store products. Separate consulting, training or physical-export arrangements require an agreed scope and delivery schedule.
