What you receive: six Excel workbooks
The ZIP contains six editable XLSX files, a getting-started HTML guide and a business-use licence. The 78-tab total includes 17 tabs in the worked example; the other five files contain 61 worksheets.

01 / Start Here & Document Map
7 worksheets. Beginner roadmap, 38-document workflow map, product-specific considerations, current-rule notes, glossary and 22 official research references.
02 / Linked Shipment Documents
17 worksheets. Shared inputs, product lines, package groups and consistency checks support 12 linked document views.

Pre-shipment and post-shipment document templates
Use the document map to select the forms relevant to your product, destination, payment terms and shipment. Commercial invoices and packing lists are normally prepared before clearance and remain part of the post-shipment document set.

Certificate and customs preparation worksheets
Certificate of origin application, ASEAN–India Form AI preparation, origin evidence, phytosanitary preparation, insurance request, treatment/fumigation request, health inspection and laboratory test requests. Also includes shipping bill preparation, transport-document review, LUT preparation, GST review, VGM and container records, eSANCHIT and certificate registers.
Certificate sheets prepare information and track evidence. Official certificates must be issued by the appropriate authority, insurer or authorised provider. The bundle does not issue certificates, generate an eBRC or GST IRN, file an EGM or shipping bill, or connect to bank and government portals.
Bank realization, eBRC and EGM follow-up tools
Maintain a separate invoice ledger, receipt register and allocation register so one invoice can be matched to more than one receipt. Review bank charges, outstanding balances, duplicate references, currency mismatches and over-allocation alerts.
Use the eBRC preparation sheet to organise remittance and shipment references. The EGM follow-up tracker records actual filing status and issues to resolve with the carrier or authorised filer. Bank requests, document dispatch, discrepancy and claims registers help keep the evidence together. A zero balance alone does not establish bank closure.

A practical workflow for new and established exporters
- Choose your documents. Read the roadmap and confirm the requirements for your actual shipment.
- Learn, then enter your data. Review the example and save a fresh copy of the blank shipment workbook.
- Prepare and check. Complete shared inputs, items and packages. Review calculations and consistency checks. Save accepted quotations and contracts separately.
- Issue and follow through. Review print previews, issue the agreed documents, obtain actual certificates and record shipment and payment evidence.
New exporters get a guided starting point. Established teams get reusable forms and registers for consistent record-keeping. Create one shipment file per shipment; use the banking workbook across multiple shipments.

Frequently asked questions
Is this suitable for my first export shipment?
Yes, it includes a roadmap, document map, instructions and a completed fictional example. You still need to confirm which documents your buyer, bank, carrier and authorities require.
Can an established exporter reuse it?
Yes. Keep an untouched master, create a shipment copy and use the multi-shipment banking registers for your own business. The included licence permits internal copies and completed documents for your transactions.
Are the certificates official or ready to submit?
No. Origin, Form AI, phytosanitary and insurance worksheets support applications and evidence collection. Obtain genuine issued documents and use the prescribed filing process where required.
Does it work automatically with DGFT, ICEGATE or my bank?
No portal uploads, bank feeds, live exchange rates or automatic number-to-words conversion are included. GST tax amounts and actual IRN/QR particulars need your accounting process.
How do I receive the files?
After confirmed payment, use the download link on your order confirmation page or order email. Eligible downloads are also available in My Account when you create an account. Extract the ZIP and open the start guide. No physical product or shipping fee applies.
Can I resell the templates or use them for multiple clients?
The standard licence covers one purchasing business. Completed transaction documents may be shared with intended counterparties. Blank templates and source files may not be resold or redistributed. Contact the seller for a multi-client licence.
