Description
See the cost behind your quotation
Enter your verified INR costs and exchange-rate assumption to calculate a planned quotation. Clearly marked inputs separate per-unit costs from order-level costs, helping you spot omissions and avoid double-counting.
What you receive
- XLSX workbook with Calculator and Instructions sheets.
- Inputs for quantity, product, packing, logistics, documentation, insurance, bank charges and other costs.
- Contingency allowance and target gross-margin pricing.
- INR and quotation-currency totals and unit prices.
- Planned gross profit and gross-margin check.
- Input checks for missing values, negative costs, invalid margins and zero quantity or exchange rate.
- Fictional example with independently checked arithmetic.
Before you use it
Replace all fictional example inputs. Exchange rate means INR per one quote-currency unit; no live rate feed is supplied. Results are unrounded planning values, so reconcile the final quotation rounding.
Compatibility and limits
Requires an XLSX-compatible spreadsheet application. Formula checks were completed in the authoring calculation engine; native Microsoft Excel execution has not been tested. This workbook does not calculate GST, customs duties or regulatory requirements, interpret trade terms, or guarantee realised profit.
Licence and support
Single-business internal use. Adapt the templates for your own buyer communications and share your completed messages or quotations with intended counterparties. Do not resell, redistribute or publicly upload the source files.
